HIGHBALL BAR TOKYOEKI 1923
Find Your Favorite Drink at a Sophisticated Highball Bar.
HIGHBALL BAR TOKYOEKI 1923 specializes in highballs-whisky and soda cocktails-crafted using natural water, highly carbonated soda water, specially made ice, and dedicated equipment. The bar pairs meticulously crafted, top-quality highballs with a thoughtfully chosen food menu designed to complement them perfectly. Located in TOKYO GOURMET ZONE, it serves food and drinks from lunchtime through dinner.
The signature drink is the “Kaku Highball.” Made with some of the strongest carbonation in the industry, it delivers a sharp fizz and a satisfying bite. The signature food offering is the “Five-Item Smoked Appetizer Platter.” Its smoky aromas bring out the flavor of the whisky. The “Diced Beef Skirt Steak” is also popular. The beef is cooked rare and finished with lemon pepper. At lunchtime, the popular, old-fashioned “Napolitan Spaghetti” comes in generous portions, with even a regular serving weighing 400 g. This Japanese-style spaghetti is finished with ketchup sauce.
Inside, dark brown decor, green sofa seating, and a counter create a relaxed, pub-style atmosphere. The bar is equally suited to dropping in for a drink on your own or gathering with friends.
