Honnoriya Tokyo Main Store

Honnoriya is a specialty store dedicated to Japanese soul food, "onigiri," where various ingredients are gently wrapped in cooked rice. One of our commitments is using Koshihikari rice harvested in the Aizu region of Fukushima Prefecture, which is cooked freshly in-store. The secret to our deliciousness lies in allowing the cooked rice to cool down just right before gently wrapping it, ensuring a fluffy texture even when it's cooled, making it perfect for takeout.

We are meticulous not only about the rice but also about other ingredients, using flavorful domestically produced seaweed and mineral-rich Okinawan sea salt. We take pride in offering a diverse range of fillings made from seasonal ingredients. We typically have around 14 types of onigiri available at all times, including seasonal limited editions. Be sure to also try our miso soup, made daily with carefully prepared dashi and a blend of red and white miso.

Our Tokyo Main Store, located inside Tokyo Station Yaesu Central Exit ticket gates, as well as our other branches, are conveniently situated near ticket gates or within the station premises. It is also perfect to enjoy their onigiri while traveling on Shinkansen or express trains.
