Founded in 1978, this tonkatsu specialty restaurant stands along Sengoku-dori in Aizuwakamatsu. It is known for its slightly sweet secret sauce, handed down since the day it opened. Crispy tonkatsu and fresh cabbage make a perfect match. With a farm-to-table approach, it uses 100% Aizu-grown Koshihikari rice.

Popular dishes include the juicy, tender Sauce Katsudon and Simmered Sauce Katsudon, both made with house-made breadcrumbs. The pork loin is cut into two pieces and fills the bowl, making for a hearty meal. There is also a wide selection of set meals, including the Premium Pork Loin Set Meal and Shrimp and Pork Fillet Set Meal. The lineup is satisfying no matter how many times you visit.

Inside, the restaurant has raised tatami seating, tables, and counter seats. The spacious interior lets you enjoy your meal at a relaxed pace. Private bookings are also available. It works well for many different occasions.
