The two signature dishes are “Soki Soba,” topped with a hearty serving of bone-in pork rib meat, and “Sanmaiku Soba,” made with sweet and savory seasoned pork belly. The most popular item is the “Mix Soba,” topped with one piece each of soki meat and sanmaiku meat. It also pairs perfectly with the shop’s signature rich “Juicy,” Okinawan seasoned rice cooked with broth and chopped meat, as well as the handmade inari sushi made with freshly cooked rice every morning.
