Located in the heart of Kanazawa, Kinjohro is a long-established ryotei inn founded in 1890. Designed for adults, this exclusive retreat offers just six guest rooms in a luxurious setting. Inside, elegant furnishings, gardens, artworks, and traditional crafts such as curtains and folding screens reflect the refined beauty of Kaga in every detail.

The cuisine is Kaga kaiseki, showcasing seasonal seafood from the Sea of Japan and Noto, along with local ingredients such as Kaga vegetables. Served on heirloom tableware and alongside works of art passed down through generations, each meal can be enjoyed with both the eyes and the palate. Many guest rooms feature two connected Japanese-style rooms and a bedroom, facing the garden and offering seasonal views throughout the year. With premium amenities such as natural red granite baths, all-cypress baths, and pillows from Ishidaya, a long-established bedding shop in Ishikawa Prefecture, the inn promises a comfortable stay.

The inn also offers high-quality amenities, including natural cosmetics and bath mats made from diatomaceous earth from Noto. In addition to a tea service on arrival, craft beer, sake, and Oku-Noto’s specialty Shio Cider are available as complimentary drinks. From the garden and cuisine to the furnishings, every detail reflects thoughtful hospitality.
