True to its name, a blend of "CRAFT" and "EAT," the dishes served here are presented on tableware representing Ishikawa, including Wajima lacquerware, Kutani ware, Suzu ware, and Kanazawa gold leaf.
The first floor operates as a casual modern Japanese bar, offering a la carte dishes such as assorted Kanazawa oden, Kaga nama-fu dengaku with miso, and Noto log-grown shiitake mushroom confit, along with Japanese sake.
